The Florida Domicile Handbook was written by E. Michael Kilbourn, CLU, ChFC, CCIM, CAP, CASL, AEP, MBA, MSFS, author of Disinherit the IRS and president of Kilbourn Associates, a family wealth preservation and planning firm located in Naples, Florida.

Along with his extensive published works, Mike Kilbourn shares his knowledge through frequent seminars. His seminars are conducted for financial advisors, communities, and national organizations on issues such as estate planning, taxes, and Florida Domicile.
